  • Within 07 to 15 days prior to client’s arrival: 50% of total cost for the stay will be charge.
  • Within 0 to 07 days prior to client’s arrival: 100% of total cost for the stay will be charged.
  • No Show and early departure will incur 100% cancellation charges

Payment Condition

aagman Stays require all confirmed bookings to be pre-paid as per the Performa invoice due date. However, in the event of a last minute booking with less than 7 days to arrival date, payment deadline will be decided by aagman Stays. Any booking for which the full payment is not received by the deadline may be cancelled without prior notice.

In the event of a disputed charge, the balance due less disputed amount will be paid while the disputed item is being reviewed by aagman Stays.

Also if you find any discrepancies in the invoice it should be notified within 48 hours
